Blue Corn Bread


1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup blue corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup quinoa flour
1/2 cup sugar

Combine sour cream, eggs, and corn meal. Sift remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
